APA reports that the incident was recorded at the October street, building 14, apartment 6 of Yeni Ramana settlement. Gulufer Ibrahimkhalilova, 25, fell from 3rd floor as the balcony collapsed. She was admitted to City Clinical Hospital #3. She is in critical condition.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations is investigating the fact.
