Baku. Shahriyar Alizadeh – APA. Baku Appeals Court ended hearing on the appeal filed by former health minister Ali Insanov against the Justice Ministry.
APA reports that the judgment of the court was declared at the hearing. According to the judgment, the appeal was rejected.
Ali Insanov filed an application to Baku Administrative-Economic Court #1 claiming that it is illegal to ban his meeting with his lawyers and human rights activist Elchin Behbudov at jail #13 of the Justice Ministry’s Penitentiary Service. The court rejected his application. An appeal was filed against the decision.
