According to him Kazimov Kazim Alasgar is charged with swindle causing damage in large size according to articles â„–178.3.2 and â„–178.2.4 Criminal Code.
Kazimov, who is engaged in construction business in Baku city, caused damage to citizens in a large size. He swindled clients by selling one apartment to several persons. As he avoided the investigation, the court declared him wanted. The operative group, led by Chief Investigating Officer of Khatai District Police Office, Police Captain Anar Suleymanov, detained and brought him to responsibility. He was sentenced to pretrial detention.
Suleymanov addressed citizens and asked people, who have complaints about Kazimov, to address the Khatai District Police Office
