Smart-card gas-meters encoded in two settlements of Bakuâ€™s Sabunchu district

The residents told APA at first they thought that the gas was turned off: â€œThe gas was really turned off on January 5. But after the restoration of gas supply it didnâ€™t flow to most apartments. Today i.e. January 6, we have known that the gas supply was restored yesterday, and as the meters were encoded, the gas doesnâ€™t flow to the most of housesâ€.

There were people who turned off the gas at their homes after restoration of gas supply, but the meters in those hosues were also encoded.

Sabunchu District Gas Exploitation Office confirmed the fact to APA. The Office explained this fact with the accident occurred on January 5 which caused the cut of gas supply for 3 hours: â€œThe meters will be opened today by our employees with the service cardâ€.

The Office also said that no money will be demanded in unlocking of the meters.
