Resident of Yukhari Tala village of Zagatala, 28-years old Parviz Mikayilov is charged with hooliganism and resistance to officials, who tried to prevent breach of public order. He will be in pre-trial custody for two months.
Mikayilov was convicted previously three times. Police received complaints from several citizens about the criminal actions by him.
Parviz Mikayilov climbed the Parachute Tower threatening to jump from there and kill himself. Rescuers and psychologist, as well as Mikayilov’s relatives and wife arrived at site. Mikayilov threatened to open vein trying to prevent the psychologist to talk into him, but the psychologist could talk into him to come down.
