Department chief of the State Traffic Police Office Kamran Aliyev told APA that snow caused traffic problems on Baku-Shamakhy, Baku-Guba highways, on the road leading to Ismayilli region and Aghsu passage.
Kamran Aliyev said these roads are open for traffic. Addressing the drivers, the department chief underlined that it is advisable to use four-wheel drive vehicles on these roads.
