Nizami district police office told APA that Hasanov Shahin Rafig wounded Gandja resident Fakhraddin Tagiyev with sporting gun at the entry of Neolit restaurant.
According to initial investigation, Hasanov was drunk. The incident happened, as Hasanov was dissatisfied with the service at the restaurant.
Criminal case has been launched on the fact, investigation is underway.
