As a result of the measures, more than 80% of them were completed, 1600 persons underwent administrative discipline, criminal proceedings were launched regarding 180 persons, 800 debtors were banned from leaving the country. Justice Ministry’s press service told APA that despite the measures, there are facts of evasion from the execution of judgments. In connection with the seizure of a car due to the debts, Nasimi district execution department has been recently submitted a court judgment on lifting the seizure and other official documents.
The documents were analyzed and it was determined that they are counterfeit. As a result of the alertness of the executors, the illegal actions were prevented, the materials were sent to the Prosecutor General’s Office.
