Prosecutor Generalâ€™s Office: Driver who stabbed his daughter arrested

Prosecutor-General issued a report on crime committed by the driver of the Prosecutor, APA reports.The head of the press-service of General Prosecutor Office Eldar Sultanov told APA that, Ismayilov Alish Gulush oglu, a driver of Prosecution, on December 20, at 11:30 oâ€™clock came to the house of his daughter Sultanzadeh Gul, born in 1987, which lives in the village in Surakhani district, Hovsan settlement, and during the conflict happening on basis of family grounds he stabbed his daughter, not causing serious consequences.

Sultanzadeh Gul was placed in a hospital N3 at this time her condition was satisfactory.

Immediately after the incident A. Ismayilov came to Police Department of Surakhani district and spoke about what had happened and gave the knife, which the crime was committed to the police.

According to the fact Department Surakhani district criminal case launched under article 127.1 (deliberate causing of minor serious harm to health). Ismayilov was arrested as a suspect. December 22, he was charged under this article and applied as a preventive measure of arrest.

Due to the fact that Ismayilov committed a socially dangerous act, which has an offense, the appropriate order, he released his post and dismissed from the prosecution.
