Garadagh District Prosecutor’s Office told APA that Hidayatov Eldar Ali, born in 1962, who was serving sentence in that facility, died of heart failure on December 19. He was accused of the Criminal Code’s article №120 (deliberate murder).
The investigation is carried out on the fact by the District Prosecutor’s Office.
