European Court on Human Rights was appealed on verdict on 22 people detained during Public Chamber’s unauthorized rallies

Mustafayev said that the rights of these persons for personal immunity, freedom of assembly were violated. He said that the complaint demanded the compensation from the Azerbaijani side in amount of 25000-45000 Euros to each of the detainees.

Lawyer said that they addressed the European Court on Human Rights on the pretrial detention chosen on Head of Musavat Party’s Central Executive Ofice Arif Hajili, Chairman of Musavat Party Youth Organization Tural Abbasli, who are in jail now.

He said that 45000 Euros were demanded from the Azerbaijani state for the violation of Hajili’s rights.

Several persons were detained during rallies held by the Public Chamber.
