The incident was recorded at 15.00 on Thursday in the district’s Oruj Aliyev Street. Baku city’s resident, Gulnara Ali Mammadova climbed up the roof of 14-storey building and wanted to throw herself from there. The employees of the law-enforcement bodies and the Ministry of Emergency Situations arrived at site. The rescuers spoke to the woman and prevented the suicide. The reasons of the suicide attempt by woman are unknown.
The investigation is carried out into the fact.
