Gabala. Elvin Yagubov-APA. In Gabala, Civil Defense Troops military unit of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was opened, on December 14. On the eve of the event the Minister of Emergency Situations Kamaladdin Heydarov laid a wreath at the bust and paid tribute to national leader Heydar Aliyev.
Minister Kamaladdin Heydarov together with officer staff visited the dormitory, dining hall, food store, educational building, club building, medical point and headquarters of the military unit. Then, reviewing equipments of the military unit in details, Kamaladdin Heydarov gave instructions and recommendations to officer corps of the military unit.
