The incident took place at the Jalil Street, 51 in Yasamal district of Baku. The officers of the National Army living in the hired apartment at this address – resident of Babek region of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of Azerbaijan Mammadov Abulfat Veli, 22, resident of Goranboy region Gasimov Rafig Nasib, 22 and Memiyev Elmaddin Zamin, 22 got carbon monoxide poisoning.
Mammadov died at site. Others were hospitalized.
The three are lieutenants of the Azerbaijani Army.
