Elmira Suleymanova told journalists that President was submitted the list of the persons whose pardoning is admissible. More than 70 have been included into the list.
“Our previous lists mostly covered the old, the sick, women, teenagers, journalists. We want the persons from these categories to be taken into consideration in the pardon decree. Up to now, 339 prisoners have been released on our initiative. Pardon decree is a gratifying event for the Azerbaijani citizens living with humanist feelings,†he said.
