Criminal case launched on incident occurred in correctional facility in Baku

Baku. Hafiz Heydarov â€“ APA. The details of the incident occurred in correctional facility in Baku were known.

Garadagh District Police Office told APA that prisoners of the Correctional Facility â„–2 of Justice Ministryâ€™s Penitentiary Service situated in Garadagh District, Dadashov Farid Javad, born in 1988, and Farajov Faig Fuad, born 1983, wanted to break out of prison. The employees of the facility were doubtful of the acts of the prisoners and warned them. But the prisoners ignored their warning and attacked them. The facilityâ€™s employees â€“ Seymur Maharramov and Ramiz Aliyev were injured.

Then the alarm was given and the operative group of the facility arrived in the site. Dadashov was put in ward. He committed suicide not long after. Another prisoner Farajov could break out of prison.

The criminal case has been launched into the fact by Baku City Prosecutorâ€™s Office on the Criminal Codeâ€™s articles â„–125 (bringing to suicide), â„–315.2 (resistance or application of violence concerning the representative of authority) and â„–304.2 (Runaway from a place of imprisonment). The operational search actions are continued for Farajovâ€™s detention.
