APA reports that the incident was recorded yesterday at night in the Correctional Facility №2 of the Justice Ministry’s Penitentiary Service. One prisoner killed himself as a result of dispute between the prisoners. His name is Farid Dadashov.
Another prisoner broke out of prison. His name is unknown.
