APA reports that Jafarov Anar Gazanfar, who was doing extended military service at a military unit of the Defense Ministry, was seriously wounded as his weapon exploded. The serviceman was taken to the Central Military Clinic Hospital of the Defense Ministry and died there.
Jafarov was reportedly drafted from Terter region.
Defense Ministry’s press service confirmed the fact to APA. The press service said Jafarov Anar Gazanfar was seriously wounded as the bullet blew up inside the barrel. The soldier was taken to the hospital in Baku, but died there.
