APA reports quoting the website of the ministry that a BMW collided with Mercedes truck on the 40km km of Baku-Guba highway, fire broke out as a result of it. The flammable parts of the car and truck cab burnt. The fire was extinguished by the fire fighters.
The driver of BMW – Ali Zakir Hajiyev, passengers Vusal Eyvaz Salimov, Ramin Nadir Babayev, three unidentified persons, driver of Mercedes – Fuzuli Muslum, his passenger Nijat Demir Bakhshiyev were found dead. The rescuers pulled the bodies from the burnt vehicles and handed them over. Necessary aid was given to the injured passenger. Relevant safety measures were taken at the site.
Investigation is being carried out by the relevant bodies.
