Editor-in-chief of the Duz Kheber newspaper Habil Allahyarov was arrested over swindling. He took money from several martyrs’ families and promised to solve their housing problems. Allahyarov also took money from several others under the pretext of finding jobs. It is being investigated whether Allahyarov committed other swindling actions or not.
Criminal case has been launched on the fact, investigation is underway.
