Azerbaijani Ministry of Internal Affairs addresses citizens

The service is available in every point of the republicâ€, press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs said in its statement issued today. The system strengthened the ministryâ€™s control over the regional police offices for the prevention of crimes and other infringements of law. It ensures operation efficiency of the police officers. â€œBut according to the reports, sometimes police organizations donâ€™t response the citizensâ€™ calls immediately and sensitively. All phone calls received via 102 service are recorded automatically and delivered immediately to the local police organizations via computer network. All measures taken there, including the reception of citizens are watched via cameras installed in those offices and the Call Center receives full information about itâ€.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs asks the people to inform about the crime or accidents first via 102 service and then inform the relevant local police offices. â€œ102 service will rule out all negative cases you face or witness in a short time through its functions and technical opportunities. We believe in your active citizenâ€™s position on protection and strengthening of law and thank you in advance for your support and assistancesâ€.
