SOCAR files lawsuit against Binagadi and Bilajari municipalities

APA reports that in his speech the officeâ€™s representative said that 5 residential buildings were illegally constructed at Malik Aslanov Street. He noted that the existence of residential buildings in this territory wrong from the standpoint of security of the citizens. These houses complicate the control of oil pipelines by officeâ€™s employees. The owners of the apartments said that the houses were built by permission of the Binagadi and Bilajari municipalities.

The judicial trial on the claim will be continued on October 11.

SOCAR Oil Pipelines Office claims that the Binagadi and Bilajari municipalities illegally permitted to build these buildings and it appealed to Baku Administrative-Economic Court â„–1 for the destruction of the houses. The claim also demanded to punish Binagadi and Bilajari municipalities for their permission to build these houses in the territory belonged to the office.
