The European Court of Human Rights publicized the statistics on judgments by State

APA reports quoting the European Courtâ€™s website that the general statistics show that the mostly observed type of judgment is violation facts, it also describes the judgments and decisions. According to the statistics 20% of cases considered on Azerbaijan are related to violation of property right, 19%- violation of right to a fair trial, 13% - non-enforcement of judicial decisions, 12% - violation of right to security and liberty and etc.

90% decisions of the European Court were passed in favor of plaintiffs. The statistics says that only 3% of cases, filed to the Court from Azerbaijan, were taken for execution, 97% of the same were not accepted.
