Journalist accused of murder sentenced to 11-years imprisonment in Azerbaijan

APA reports that the accused was sentenced to 11-years imprisonment.On June 19 at 22.00Ayvaz Almuradov, 25, killed his neighbor Arzuman Namazov and run away. The investigation launched by the 8th Police Station of Sabail District Police Office clarified that before the incident, Almuradov caviled at Namazov and said that during tuning on the engine, the water to his house was broken. The conflict occurred between the neighbors and Almuradov killed Namazov knifing him. It was determined that Almuradov was a journalist and worked in “Special Investigations†newspaper.
