Elvin Huseynov reportedly knifed by Azerbaijanâ€™s Eurovision 2008 singer tells of incident details to APA

I will tell it in my testimony to policeâ€, photographer Elvin Huseynov, who reportedly was knifed by Azerbaijanâ€™s Eurovision 2008 representative Samir Javadzadeh yesterday, told APA in the hospital.

Huseynov said there was misunderstanding in press reports that Javadzadeh admitted in his testimony that he caused this incident.

Well-known singer Samir Javadzadeh confessed that he had knifed his friend Elvin Huseynov, investigator of Nasimi District Police Officeâ€™s Police Station â„–21 Aziz Azimov told APA. He noted that Javadzadeh committed the incident during the conflict between them: â€œSamir confirmed it in his evidence. According to Samir, he knifed Elnur because he kicked up a fuss at night at home and committed it suddenly. It is impossible to give a legal evaluation to the incident now. The injured will pass medical examination. Depending on the examinationâ€™s opinion the criminal case will be launched on the factâ€.

The incident was recorded mn September 20 at Nasimi district Mirali Gashgay Street 32. Elvin Huseynov was knifed by his roommate Samir Javadzadeh.

Previously Javadzadeh told journalists that he hadnâ€™t committed the incident.

Javazadeh represented Azerbaijan in Eurovision Song Contest in 2008.
