He noted that Javadzadeh committed the incident during the conflict between them: “Samir confirmed it in his evidence. According to Samir, he knifed Elnur because he kicked up a fuss at night at home and committed it suddenly. It is impossible to give a legal evaluation to the incident now. The injured will pass medical examination. Depending on the examination’s opinion the criminal case will be launched on the factâ€.
The incident was recorded today at Nasimi district Mirali Gashgay Street 32. Elvin Huseynov was knifed by his roommate Samir Javadzadeh.
Previously Javadzadeh told journalists that he hadn’t committed the incident.
Javazadeh represented Azerbaijan in Eurovision Song Contest in 2008.
