Inspector of Lankaran region police office Famil Hasanov told APA that the journalist faced charges under article 221.2.2 (hooliganism).
On September7, drunken Aydin Janiyev came to the house of poetess Gulush Khalilova (Javidan) in Sepnekeran village, insulted her and her relatives, broke the windows of the house. Later, Janiyev came to the village mosque and demanded money from Mirbaba Tahirov. As he did not get what he wanted he broke the windows of the mosque and insulted the persons standing nearby. Janiyev was detained after the appeals of the local residents.
