The investigative materials were sent to the Baku’s Court on Investigation of Grave Crimes. The trail is presided by Judge Afghan Hajiyev, APA reports.
Preliminary session of the trail will be held on September 27.
Elnur Mammadov was detained by the officers of the Interior Ministry’s Department on Combating Organized Crime and Prosecutor Office’s Department on Combating Corruption while he was receiving 1000 AZN bribe.
He was charged according to Article 311 (bribery) of the Criminal Code.
