Person accused of murder of Supreme Court judgeâ€™s wife arrested

Baku. Hafiz Heydarov - APA. The person accused of murder of Supreme Court judgeâ€™s wife has been arrested. APA reports that it has been noted in the joint information spread by the Baku City Prosecutorâ€™s Office and Baku City Main Police Department.

According to information, Baku City Prosecutorâ€™s Office has launched a criminal case on the happened incident under article 120.2.5. (Deliberate murder committed on mercenary prompting or by order, as well as with a view of use a body of a victim) of the Criminal Code. The offender of the incident Khalide Balabey Ahmadova has been detained as a result of urgent operational search actions carried out by the officers of City Prosecutorsâ€™ Office and Baku City Main Police Department.

Currently, investigation is underway on the fact. Note that, the incident was recorded yesterday afternoon, in Nizami district, Chobanzadeh street # 47, home # 30. Natevan Mahmoudova, 39, living at this address was killed by unknown people. As soon as police received information on it, officers of Nizami district and Baku City prosecutorâ€™s Office went to the site of the murder. Currently, the site of the incident is inspected, reasons and criminals of the murder are investigated.

Nizami District Police Office told APA that the murdered Mahmoudova was the Supreme Court judge Tapdig Mahmoudovâ€™s wife.
