Azerbaijani Ministry of Emergency Situations spreads information on death of sailor of ship sailing under Russian flag

According to information received from the State Sea Administration, emergency first aid has been demanded for one of the persons in Orion-5 cargo ship sailing under Russian flag from Iran in the direction of Russia. Doctorsâ€™ brigade was immediately sent to the site via the helicopter of Emergency Ministryâ€™s Aviation Group. During state estimation of operation at the site of the incident it was determined that person was died. The operation ended at 14.47.

According to APAâ€™s information, today, at about 12.00, the State Sea Administrationâ€™s duty service received alarm signal on cardiac decompensation of Kharchenkov Alexander Vladimirovich â€“ sailor of Orion-5 cargo ship sailing under Russian flag from Iranâ€™s Enzeli port to the Port of Astrakhan, Russia. The Administration told that information on it was given to Azerbaijani side after an hour of the incident. During investigation it was determined that Russian sailor died from electric shock.
