Peopleâ€™s Artist Faig Aghayev gives testimony to investigation

To him, today inspectors of investigation group went to the Clinical Medical Center and received testimony from Faig Aghayev, Ramin Bayramov,Azer Musayev. All three sufferers refused the words of accused persons. They confirmed information about knifing by these people.

Note that, during preliminary interrogation accused Rufat Malikov admitted that he had committed the crime, because of dispute: â€œConflict occurred while I was driving. I had not chance to give him a road. And that is why I continued my way. At that moment they tried to stop my car. Body guards swore me. I did not pay attention to them and went home. But they chased me till the door of my house. Faig ordered them to stamp on us. My cousin and a girl run to the yard. But Aghayev dragged them and began to beat us. For the purpose of defense I took my knife and stabbed them.

Other participants of the crime Seymur Mammadov and Natevan Sharifova approved Malikovâ€™s words.

Mansurzadeh also noted that the happened incident corresponded to articles 126.2.1, 126.2.4 and 221.3 of the Criminal Code. Today, another participant of the crime Seymur Mammadov surrendered himself to police voluntarily. He has been detained under article 221.2.1 of the Criminal Code. Tomorrow, Nasimi district Court is expected to pass decision on both persons.
