Roof collapsed in unsettled building in Baku, walled up people rescued - <font color=red> UPDATED - PHOTOSESSION </font>

The incident took place in a two-storey unsettled building at 2nd Kichik Gala Street. The collapsed roof walled up entrances of several apartments leaving 21 people, including children and old people, inside the apartments. No casualties were reported.

Workers of the Housing Department and Old City Historical Architecture Reserve arrived at site to clean the walled up entrances and to take out the people.
Several people were already rescued and 11 people are still inside.

Spokesman for the Reserve Office Rahib Azeri told APA that rescue operations are continued. He said there was no danger for the residents and the entrances would be opened soon. Azeri said that the apartments, which roof was collapsed as a result of heavy rains on Sunday, were not settled.
