Trial of person committed theft from cargo at Heydar Aliyev International Airport kicks off

Baku. Farid Akbarov - APA. Court of Grave Crimes held a preparation meeting of trial on criminal case of a person accused of robbery at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport, APA reports.

Date of court hearing on Muzeffer Alasgarovâ€™s criminal case headed by Judge Azer Orujov has been appointed on September 29.

According to accusation, working as a supervisor at Great Britainâ€™s â€œBritish Airwaysâ€ company Muzeffer Alasgarov committed theft from aircraft cargo areas. He stole hundreds of euros and adornments owned by Azerbaijani citizens and foreigners.

Alasgarov was detained as a result of operational research actions carried out by the officers of law enforcement bodies.

There are a lot of sufferers on the criminal case. There are citizens of Azerbaijan and foreign countries among them.

Note that, criminal cases have been launched on him under articles 177.1. (Theft that is secret plunders of another persons property), 177.2.2. (repeatedly) and 177.3.2. (with causing damage in large size) of the Criminal Code.
