Azerbaijan declares Gubadli resident wanted through Interpol

Azerbaijani Hafiz Ruslan Ramizzadeh is wanted through Interpol. Ramizzadeh, who is from Gubadli region, is accused of terrorism, he has been declared wanted by Sabail district law-enforcement bodies.

Law-enforcement bodies told APA that Ramizzadeh is a member of a radical religious group. He was trained together with the illegal armed groups in Pankisi Gorge, Georgia. On January 29, he was arrested by the officers of the Anti-terrorism Center of Georgian State Security Ministry in the military camp owned by the illegal armed groups. Ramizzadeh was handed over to Azerbaijani law-enforcement bodies, convicted and was released several years later.

Moreover, Ramizzadeh underwent administrative punishment for attending the meetings of Wahhabis. He is supposed to join terrorist groups in the North Caucasus later.
