The incident was recorded last night at about 02.30 in Galagayin village of the region. A village resident Ismayil Aliyev, 22, cut off his elder sister – Vusala Aliyeva’s throat. Aliyeva died at the site because of blood loss.
The offender - Aliyev has been detained.
Sabirabad region Prosecutor’s Office has launched a criminal case on the fact on article 120.1 (premeditated murder) of the Criminal Code, investigation is underway.
