Interior Ministryâ€™s department chief: If the Ukrainian side has got facts about the â€œblack transplantationâ€ in Azerbaijan, they can come and investigate

He said the department had not received a complaint on the fact.
â€œThese reports are groundless. I do not know where the Ukrainian law-enforcement bodies obtained these facts. If they have got facts, they can come and investigate,â€ he said.

Chief of the Ukrainian Interior Ministryâ€™s Department to Combat Cybercrimes and Human Trafficking Yuri Kucher had told APA an operation group of the Ukrainian Interior Ministry planned to visit Azerbaijan. He said the group would stay in Azerbaijan for three or four days and carry out investigation together with the local law-enforcement bodies. Touching on the cooperation between the Azerbaijani law-enforcement bodies and Ukrainian Interior Ministry, Kucher said the joint investigation into the â€œblack transplantationâ€ had been discussed during the phone talk between the deputy interior ministers of the two countries. The sides exchanged views on the necessary measures for prevention of the crime.
Asked in what Azerbaijani clinics the â€œblack transplantationâ€ was performed, Yuri Kucher said one Azerbaijani clinic was mentioned in the case.
