General Prosecutor’s Office of Azerbaijan spreads information about terrible murder happened in the capital

According to information, on August 22, 2010, at about 01.20 Yasamal District Police Office received an information about premeditated murder of Baku city resident Allahverdiyev Ismayil Nurush, living in Baku, Yasamal district, Bunyadzadeh Street, home # 2, flat # 10. Officials of district prosecutor office arrived at the site immediately and made a forensic examination, took the necessary material arguments, as well as and the murder weapon - a knife.

A preliminary investigations revealed that on August 22, at about 00.40, Baku city resident, unemployed Yahyayev Faig Aliagha, born in 1974, together with the officer of Justice Ministry’s Penitentiary Service, Major Habil Bayramov, born in 1975, arrived at the house of Bayramovâ€™s relative - Ismayil Allahverdiyev, born in 1952 â€“ chief of Bilajari district Department of Energy Supply and killed him there.

They have committed premeditated murder, with special cruelty, causing the 71 blow, including 25 - in the chest and 1 - in the abdomen. . Close relatives living nearby ran to the cry of Allahverdiyev and told the police. At this point, one participant of the killing Bayramov, trying to escape, jumped from the balcony on the fifth floor. He was taken to hospital in serious condition. Yahyayev was arrested at the site.

Bayramov immediately was hospitalized by an ambulance. A criminal case has been launched on the fact on articles 120.2.1 and 120.2.4 of the Criminal Code and appropriate expertise had been determined.

Yahyayev admitted his guilt during interrogation.

Currently, investigation on the criminal case is underway at Yasamal district prosecutor’s office.
