European Court of Human Rights passes decisions on three cases

Strasbourg. Fuad Gulubeyli - APA. The European Court of Human Rights passed decisions on three cases. These decisions will be posted on the website of the court on April 20, APA’s correspondent of the European bureau reports. The first decision was made on complaint from Azerbaijani citizen, Baku resident, born in 1976, founder and chief editor of “Gundalik Azerbaijan” and “Realniy Azerbaijan” Eynulla Fatullayev.

In the press release, the court noted that the case of Fatullayev was associated with two different charges brought against him. The plaintiff is imprisoned for a period of 8 years 6 months for articles, such as defamation, the threat of terrorism, the scattering of national, racial, social or religious discord.

Petitioner filed a complaint in connection with grievances on charges against him and the judicial process.

Two other decisions of the European Court of Human Rights related to complaints by Sarvinaz Gulmammadova and Vakil Hasanov. Complaints by citizens of Azerbaijan who were born in Baku, due to the fact that their apartments in one of the new buildings of the capital was employed by others, and rendered decision of the court in connection with it.
