Chairwoman of the Bundestag Committee for Economic Cooperation, Deputy of the Bundestag Dagmar G. Wöhrl is scheduled to meet with 97 fifth graders who study German at the lyceum under Baku Slavic University and present to them school packages, the German embassy in Azerbaijan told APA.
Alongside Dagmar G. Wöhrl, Chairwoman of the Bundestag Committee on Economy and Industry, Deputy of the Bundestag Dr. Peter Ramsauer will also be come.
The agenda of the visit includes the opening of an installation for drinkable water supply, financed by the German bank KfW in Ganja (the first part of the project), old German settlements in Goygol, even a visit to the industrial city of Sumgayit, and talks with a number of Azerbaijani government officials and representatives of the Milli Mejlis.
In addition, the deputies will pay a visit to Kapellhaus, a German cultural center, and meet with teachers and pupils.
