"OSCE Minsk Group exists legally," Toivo Klaar, the EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Georgian crisis, said on October 10 during the discussions in the European Parliament, APA reports.
"All of us know existing problems for the activity of Minsk Group," noted Klaar.
EU official has declared that especially Azerbaijan, as a country, has announced that it does not already consider the work of the Minsk Group relevant.
According to him, the important thing in each case is that the international community helps Azerbaijan and Armenia to move toward peace.
Klaar has reminded that he met with Russian Deputy PM Rudenko last week when he was in Geneva and they discussed Azerbaijani-Armenian relations: "Certainly, there are certain canals, but working with Russia is difficult while taking into consideration war in Ukraine."
