Azerbaijan continued to provide humanitarian aid to Ukraine last year, APA reports, citing Cabinet of Ministers' report for 2024.
It was noted that the delivery of aid consisting of electrical equipment, which began in 2023 by the relevant Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, was completed in 2024. The total value of the aid amounted to 7.6 million USD, and a total of 107 trucks carrying electrical equipment were sent to Ukraine. Additionally, 30,000 USD in financial assistance was provided for the renovation of the shelter of the children's library in Kyiv. In total, the volume of humanitarian and reconstruction aid provided by the Republic of Azerbaijan to Ukraine to date has exceeded 40 million USD.
