Baku. Lachin Sultanova–APA. The commission on delimitation of Azerbaijan-Russia borders will hold its meeting soon. Russian ambassador to Azerbaijan Vasiliy Istratov said new Russian Co-Chairman of the Commission Vadim Postnov would meet with his Azerbaijani counterpart Khalaf Khalafov soon to start further development of this issue, APA reports.
The ambassador said Russian President Dmitriy Medvedev appointed Alexander Golovin his special envoy for delimitation of Russian borders with CIS countries on January 26. Golovin was a special envoy of Russian President on the Caspian issues.
