Netherlands’s Deputy Prime Minister: “My visit to Azerbaijan goes on with its interesting eventsâ€

Baku. Anakhanum Hidayatova – APA. “My visit to Azerbaijan as a Deputy Prime Minister of the Netherlands and representative of the Ministry of Agriculture was very interesting. I arrived in here together with a group of businessmen to expand partnership opportunities between the two countries,†Netherlands’s Deputy Prime Minister Maxime Verhagen told journalists, APA reports.
Reminding his initiatives, as a Minister of Foreign Affairs in 2009, and speaking on opening of the Netherlands’s embassy in Azerbaijan Verhagen said that he can see the result today: “I have seen many improvements in business cooperation. I think that the current experience between the two countries will allow Azerbaijan to receive several invitations for the cooperation in the fields of energy, agriculture and the other spheresâ€.
The Prime Minister said that he has met with President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev today and they hold discussions about the business cooperation, democracy, human rights and strengthening of stabile relations of Azerbaijan with its neighboring countries.
