Deputy PM: “International organizations and some leading states do not approach Karabakh problem of Azerbaijan seriouslyâ€
Hasanov said that double standards and unfair policy was pursued against some countries in the world: “A good example of this - Palestinian conflict, as well as the current incidents in the Arabic worldâ€.
The deputy prime minister sharply criticized the ongoing policy of international organizations and some leading states in relation to Azerbaijan: “As if they wish to settle the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, teach the lesson of law to Azerbaijan. While the decisions of international organizations such as UN, Council of Europe and OSCE, in connection with the Karabakh problem still remain unfulfilled. This is regrettableâ€.
Hasanov said that in such a position, in settlement of the major challenges including the issue of food security, Azerbaijan must rely only on its strength: “While the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is not solved, our lands are not liberated from occupation and more than a million of our citizens are in the situation of refugees, food security should always be in the spotlightâ€.
