Speaker of Azerbaijani Parliament to visit Turkey

Baku. Rashad Suleymanov â€“ APA. The delegation led by Speaker of the Azerbaijani Parliament Ogtay Asadov will visit Turkey on September 21-23, said spokesman for the Azerbaijani Parliament Akif Tavakkuloglu at the briefing today, APA reports.

During the visit Asadov will meet with Turkish President Abdullah Gul and Speaker of the Turkish Parliament Cemil Chichek. They will discuss current situation of bilateral relations, development prospects, further deepening of relations in the parliamentary level, settlement of regional conflicts and the other issues.

Members of the delegation will meet with their counterparts in the Turkish Parliament.

Tavakkuloglu added that during the visit the Azerbaijani delegation will visit Heydar Aliyev Park in Ankara and school named after Heydar Aliyev as well as Ataturkâ€™s mausoleum.

The delegation will be represented by MPs Eldar Ibrahimov, Ahliman Amiraslanov, Sahiba Gafarova, Kamila Aliyeva, Ulvi Guliyev, Igbal Agazadeh, Adil Aliyev, Haji Salayev, Fazil Mustafa, Head of the Parliament Office Safa Mirzayev and the other officials.
