Polish diplomat said that the current situation in the line of contact between Azerbaijani and Armenian troops caused concern: “20 deadly incidents occurred there this year and we are concerned about the victims among civiliansâ€.
OSCE representative reminded that the head of organization has recently demanded to withdraw snipers from the contact line: “I regret that the parties have not yet fulfilled the Sochi agreement regarding the investigation of incidents along the contact lineâ€.
Polish diplomat underlined that the OSCE had no mandate to substitute governments in the settlement of post-soviet conflicts.
