Azerbaijani Presidential Administration: â€œno war, no peaceâ€ can not continue long in Nagorno Karabakh conflict

Azerbaijani President spoke about this formula many times and stated what issues are on the negotiationsâ€™ agenda. That is to say the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan in Nagorno Karabakh must be restored and the national and ethnic civil rights of all population and peaceful situation in Nagorno Karabakh must be secured. These norms are known and the negotiations are going on around these norms for several years. Simply Armeniaâ€™s absence of will or non-dependence on its will, its non-constructiveness or compulsion to non-constructiveness delay these processesâ€, Head of the Public Policy Department of the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan Ali Hasanov said commenting on Armenian presidentâ€™s statement that â€œthe people of Nagorno Karabakh fully used their self-determination rights and gained the right of independence at the expense of their bloodâ€.

The head of the department said the solution of Nagorno Karabakh problem must be found sooner or later. â€œThe situation of â€œno war, no peaceâ€ can not continue long in Nagorno Karabakh conflict. The internally displaced persons can not live in temporary settlements for a long timeâ€.
