Azerbaijani President receives Serbian foreign minister

Baku â€“ APA. On September 1, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev received Serbian Foreign Minister Vuk JeremiÄ‡. APA reports that the Head of State underlined the high-level political relations between Azerbaijan and Serbia. Reminding his visit to Serbia, President Aliyev said this visit was a significant stage in the development of relations. President noted the importance of mutual visits and added that there were good opportunities for the further development of bilateral relations between the countries.

JeremiÄ‡ called the visit of the Azerbaijani President to Serbia historical and said that it opened new page in the development of relations between the countries and peoples. He underlined the strong political relations between the countries and said Serbian President instructed him to visit our country and he would hold discussions with Azerbaijanâ€™s relevant institutions on the development of relations in other spheres as well.
