Azerbaijani Embassy in Germany takes number of measures with the government organizations of Germany to prevent Armenia’s next provocation.

APA reports with reference to AzerTAC news agency that the embassy sent a note of protest to the German Foreign Ministry expressing Azerbaijan’s position on this issue and asking the Foreign Ministry to take necessary measures for the prevention of this provocation by Armenia, which aims to mislead the German community and to propagandize the occupation regime established in the occupied Azerbaijani territories. The Foreign Ministry of Germany responded that the German government didn’t change its position and didn’t recognize the current regime in Nagorno Karabakh and anyone of its representatives.

Azerbaijani consulate in Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg, also takes proper measures for the prevention of this event. The consulate sent letters of protest and explanation to Lord Mayor of Stuttgart Wolfgang Schuster and First Mayor Michael Foell and said this provocation is unacceptable.

Azerbaijani Consul in Stuttgart met with the city’s First Mayor and demanded to prevent the above-mentioned event, which aims to use the Armenian culture days Stuttgart 2011 for political propaganda of the separatist regime in the occupied Azerbaijani territories.

The embassy continues to work toward the prevention of Armenia’s provocation.

Azerbaijani Diaspora organizations in Germany are also holding protest actions to prevent this event.
