APA’s Turkey bureau reports that, ECO’s Chairman and Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi made a keynote speech and said that Turkey takes over the chairmanship of the organization.
Then meeting’s Chairman-in-Office, Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davudoglu informed about ECO’s plans till 2015. Then ECO Council of Minister’s meeting continued behind closed doors.
Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov represents Azerbaijan in ECO Council of Minister’s meeting.
